General Manager (Interior Design)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and coach the studio team through goal setting and consistent feedback.
• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and performance management in partnership with HR.
• Ensure studio procedures, visual directives, and housekeeping standards are maintained to maximize profit.
• Oversee the creation of floorplans, design presentations, and trade/home visits.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to share business insights and develop growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Sarasota, FL
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated design skills and passion for the interior design profession.
• Strong financial literacy and business acumen with experience managing budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Office and 3D rendering software.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing over 20 pounds.
