Location: In-person in New York or San Francisco
Salary: $200K – $250K OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Build, hire, and coach a team of experienced Account Executives, focusing on performance and career growth.
- Own and accurately forecast a multi-million dollar book of business with a rigorous operating cadence.
- Teach and implement a structured sales methodology and shared frameworks across the team.
- Serve as a peer mentor to other managers to raise the collective ceiling of the management team.
- Directly lead and close the most complex, high-stakes deals.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to surface market intelligence and inform strategy.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience managing teams of multiple Account Executives.
- Proven track record of implementing sales methodologies that measurably improve forecast accuracy and deal quality.
- Experience managing up and driving cross-functional initiatives from proposal to execution.
- Comfortable leading executive-level conversations on live deals.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York or San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into the office of the CFO or Controller.
- Familiarity with fintech or accounting software markets.
- Experience scaling a team during periods of rapid headcount growth.
