TL;DR

Sales Manager (Fintech): Scaling the sales organization by managing experienced Account Executives and overseeing a multi-million dollar book of business with an accent on sales methodology and forecast accuracy. Focus on coaching high-performing reps, closing complex high-stakes deals, and driving cross-functional organizational improvements.

Location: In-person in New York or San Francisco

Salary: $200K – $250K OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Build, hire, and coach a team of experienced Account Executives, focusing on performance and career growth.
  • Own and accurately forecast a multi-million dollar book of business with a rigorous operating cadence.
  • Teach and implement a structured sales methodology and shared frameworks across the team.
  • Serve as a peer mentor to other managers to raise the collective ceiling of the management team.
  • Directly lead and close the most complex, high-stakes deals.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to surface market intelligence and inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience managing teams of multiple Account Executives.
  • Proven track record of implementing sales methodologies that measurably improve forecast accuracy and deal quality.
  • Experience managing up and driving cross-functional initiatives from proposal to execution.
  • Comfortable leading executive-level conversations on live deals.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York or San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO or Controller.
  • Familiarity with fintech or accounting software markets.
  • Experience scaling a team during periods of rapid headcount growth.
