What you will do
- Own revenue, renewals, and pipeline forecasting for key accounts in the Americas region.
- Drive growth by expanding wallet share through strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Coach, develop, and scale a high-performance sales organization.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful executive dialogue and deepen relationships.
- Partner with product, finance, and legal teams to capture new market opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services or fintech in client-facing revenue roles.
- 5+ years of experience leading sales and account management teams.
- Proven track record of owning and growing revenue portfolios exceeding $50M.
- Experience using Salesforce and implementing structured sales processes.
- Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in-office).
