TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (New York City), 3 days/week in-office

Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own revenue, renewals, and pipeline forecasting for key accounts in the Americas region.
  • Drive growth by expanding wallet share through strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Coach, develop, and scale a high-performance sales organization.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful executive dialogue and deepen relationships.
  • Partner with product, finance, and legal teams to capture new market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services or fintech in client-facing revenue roles.
  • 5+ years of experience leading sales and account management teams.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing revenue portfolios exceeding $50M.
  • Experience using Salesforce and implementing structured sales processes.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in-office).
