Location: Must live in Orange County, California; requires being in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.

Salary: Base $75,000; Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) $150,000+

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a regional sales team, conducting weekly 1:1 meetings and pipeline reviews to ensure accountability.
  • Spend at least 75% of the time in the field providing real-time coaching and support to sales professionals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to close large strategic deals and drive regional revenue growth.
  • Manage lead generation, financial analysis, and contract processing using the Atlas CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent to maintain team success.
  • Monitor team activity and track performance metrics to ensure effective execution of the sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years' experience leading an outside sales team.
  • Must reside in Orange County, California.
  • Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license for regular visits to client sites.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Nice to have

  • At least six years of relevant experience leading an outside sales team.
  • Knowledge of the Restaurant and/or Retail industries.
  • High school diploma or GED.
