Location: San Francisco, California. Employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $142,000 - $237,000 (San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do

• Identify and solve team, organizational, and business automation and integration problems.
• Design, build, and own efficient automations and integrations to improve identity & access management, endpoint management, security, compliance, and enterprise email deliverability.
• Participate in cross-organizational projects to integrate, expand, and evolve the corporate IT infrastructure, with an emphasis on infrastructure-as-code.
• Govern and promote automation and AI adoption through enablement and education.
• Drive IT incident response in concert with other InfoSec and engineering teams.
• Integrate and utilize AI tooling and continuously drive our automated no code infrastructure via tools such as Tines and Workato.

Requirements

• You must have a passion for systems and automation.
• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Great problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions by making data-driven discoveries and finding corresponding solutions.
• A strong track record of coaching junior teammates and setting the bar for team standards.
• You have good knowledge of a high-level programming language, e.g. Ruby, Python, Perl etc.
• Experience building and operating systems in the cloud, without a traditional corporate network perimeter.
• Experience with AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Intune, Tines and Workato.

Nice to have

• Experience building robust, scalable integrations between billing and an ERP system, preferably Netsuite.
