Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise applications including ERP, HRIS, and collaboration tools.
• Lead the internal IT strategy for ERP implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks and identity governance across SaaS platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and system performance.
• Develop governance standards, documentation, and operational procedures for user provisioning.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise business applications and systems.
• Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Experience with systems integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and data management.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual to comply with U.S. export regulations.
