What you will do
- Administer AWS accounts and core IT cloud infrastructure (networking, logging, monitoring, alerting) for corporate IT and VPN-related resources.
- Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM (Jamf/Intune), including zero-touch provisioning, patching, security baselines, and compliance reporting.
- Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security: data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, integrations, and support for ITGC/SOX/IT controls and access reviews.
- Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems (Okta Workflows, Serval, Zapier, PowerShell/Python, APIs) and act as SME for SaaS integrations (Okta, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Slack, Azure/AWS).
- Evaluate, configure, and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with appropriate access controls, documentation, and runbooks.
- Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex incidents and participate in the IT on-call rotation; contribute to IT metrics, fleet reporting, and knowledge base content.
Requirements
- 5+ years in corporate IT roles with significant responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment, balancing project work and operational/on-call responsibilities.
- AWS administration experience (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar, networking basics, tagging/governance) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience (workflow configuration, catalog items, change/incident processes, basic reporting).
- Enterprise identity provider experience in production (Okta strongly preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID or similar acceptable) including SSO, lifecycle management, and access policies.
- Ownership experience for macOS and/or Windows endpoint management in a mid-to-large fleet (baseline configs, software distribution, patch management).
- Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar) plus comfort with REST APIs and JSON.
