Salary: $160,000 - $265,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Google Workspace, IAM, SSO, and authentication systems
• Analyze system-wide impacts and design solutions to prevent recurring problems
• Automate common technical issues and build self-service tools for users
• Communicate effectively with AI researchers and engineering teams on complex technical challenges
• Mentor IT team members on advanced troubleshooting and strategic problem solving
• Lead projects addressing fundamental infrastructure pain points

Requirements

• Must be based in the SF Bay Area and work onsite 4-5 days per week
• 7+ years supporting technical teams in AI/ML, cloud, or research environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience with Google Workspace administration, IAM, MDM, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation
• Ability to handle high-stakes technical problems with calm and clear communication

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001
• Knowledge of network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in macOS and Linux environments
