What you will do

  • Drive high-volume interview scheduling across technical and corporate teams with speed and precision.
  • Orchestrate complex on-site interview days, including room planning and real-time logistics.
  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the company, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Navigate complex calendars for executives and stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Build and maintain scalable scheduling processes to support rapid organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Seattle to support frequent in-office interview loops.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or high-volume support.
  • Exceptional calendar management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced, interview-heavy environments.
  • Professional communication skills for interactions with candidates and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Google Workspace.
