What you will do
- Generate new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building as part of a coordinated sales strategy.
- Develop and execute sales plans by analyzing market opportunities and documenting sales methodology.
- Own and nurture the end-to-end sales process, managing objections and closing deals.
- Manage and grow long-term customer relationships to meet and exceed targeted sales quotas.
- Apply AI-enabled sales tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gong) to improve account research and deal strategy.
Requirements
- University degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or a sales-related position.
- Strong proficiency in both German and English.
- Tech savvy with experience in Salesforce, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
- Ability to travel for company meetings, partner, and customer visits.
