Salary: $19.00 - $23.27 per hour plus monthly performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and facility security.
• Drive sales performance through rentals, protection plans, and merchandise.
• Deliver personalized customer service and resolve escalations professionally.
• Coach and mentor the Assistant General Manager to meet performance goals.
• Manage facility maintenance, including cleaning, inspections, and light repairs.
• Partner with regional leadership on auction processes and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to East Falmouth, MA
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical tasks like cleaning and maintenance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
