What you will do

  • Lead the growth strategy and secure new commercial facilities management opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
  • Oversee daily operations and service delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations personnel.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with property managers and corporate clients.
  • Partner with executive leadership to implement scalable operational processes and long-term growth planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, building services, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in business development, market expansion, and managing commercial client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for hiring and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management service offerings and operational best practices.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Dallas, Texas.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities and operational budgets.
  • Existing network within the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate or property management community.
  • Multi-site facilities management experience.
