What you will do

• Uphold company vision and standards to create an engaging and exciting store environment.
• Train and manage associates and store managers to improve customer experience and drive sales.
• Execute company management initiatives to develop general managers for career progression.
• Manage budgets, approve schedules, and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Partner with visual teams to ensure salesfloors follow guidelines and placement maps.
• Resolve operational and customer issues while collaborating with Asset Protection and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a Retail Management role.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to lead teams effectively.
• Ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends based on retail business needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.
