What you will do

• Serve as the primary delivery lead for enterprise customers, owning the relationship and outcome from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage delivery across all workstreams, including internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end project planning, including scope, budget, risk registers, and RAID logs.
• Guide customers through AI workflow transformation and the implementation of agent-assisted operations.
• Manage formal scope changes and assess impact on timeline and budget via the change order process.
• Coordinate compliance, security, and access management in regulated enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical delivery for external customers in a professional services or consulting context.
• Proven fluency with AI tools in daily delivery workflows and understanding of agentic systems.
• Hands-on platform fluency with hirify.global or a comparable no-code platform.
• PMP or equivalent PMO certification.
• Ability to operate fluidly across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
