What you will do
- Translate business requirements into strategic, multi-horizon programs and project plans.
- Coordinate AI transformation initiatives for Services & Support to maximize customer AI consumption.
- Own program execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment, clear objectives, and quantified success metrics.
- Identify operational friction points and embed automation and AI workflows into daily motions.
- Serve as the connective tissue between specialized operations pillars like Tooling, Knowledge Management, and Analytics.
- Execute change management plans to ensure high adoption of new tools and policies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Support Operations, or Business Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to drive operational efficiency.
- Proven track record of bringing structure to complex, ambiguous environments and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong familiarity with Services & Support operational disciplines such as queue management and workforce planning.
- Ability to present executive-level reporting on program health to senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Must be based in San Francisco and able to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
