What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery operations from brief intake through production and final delivery.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of Integrated Project Managers and QA Managers.
• Partner with Resource Managers to allocate creative and production talent against active workloads.
• Establish accountability rhythms including status reporting, SLA tracking, and QBR preparation.
• Drive quality control standards to ensure all assets are brand-compliant and delivery-ready.
• Manage studio transitions, including handover of work and implementation of operational playbooks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Baltimore, United States
• Proven experience leading delivery and operations in a complex, multi-brand content production environment.
• Expert proficiency with project management and workflow systems like Workfront or Wrike.
• Strong data literacy with experience owning delivery metrics and operational dashboards.
• Experience managing distributed, multi-cultural teams across different time zones.
• Advanced use of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and workflow intelligence.
