What you will do

• Lead large-scale infrastructure migrations end-to-end, scoping work and sequencing dependencies across teams.
• Establish and run operating rhythms, including planning cadences, status reporting, and risk reviews.
• Partner with engineering managers to design team structures, ownership boundaries, and working models.
• Drive decisions and unblockers to resolution by relentlessly tracking action registers and open items.
• Transform loosely defined goals into scoped, sequenced, and resourced plans with measurable milestones.
• Translate deeply technical program details into crisp status updates for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical program management experience delivering large infrastructure or platform programs.
• Proven track record of owning complex migrations or multi-domain initiatives from inception to completion.
• Ability to engage credibly with engineers on compute, storage, networking, and data.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI models and how they operate at the infrastructure level.
• Background in software engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience designing operating models alongside engineering leadership.
• Familiarity with scalable program execution tooling (issue tracking, planning systems).
