What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the global customer stories program across written and video formats.
• Collaborate with creative teams and production partners to produce high-quality video content from concept to final publication.
• Scale the Innovation Spotlight program to elevate executive credibility among senior customer leaders.
• Build the operational backbone for advocacy, including intake processes, editorial calendars, and production workflows.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align stories with core narratives and product launches.
• Act as a front-line ambassador for the company, building long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or program management at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Proven ability to independently produce polished, executive-ready customer stories and advocacy content.
• Meaningful experience with end-to-end video production, including on-site shoots and post-production management.
• Strong program management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior executives.
• Must be based in New York for this onsite role.
