What you will do

• Lead a BI Analyst and own the end-to-end execution of the BI roadmap.
• Write optimized SQL, build dashboards, and develop data models to generate product and business insights.
• Drive self-service analytics across the organization by training business partners and setting governance standards.
• Partner with the VP of Financial Operations and leadership to translate data complexity into actionable business decisions.
• Build scalable BI architecture, including alerting, anomaly detection, and the application of AI/ML techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a direct report.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for writing clean and optimized queries.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
• US work authorization (E-Verify company).

Nice to have

• Experience working within a startup or marketplace environment.
• Hands-on experience applying LLM-based or ML solutions to analytics workflows.
