What you will do
- Define and refine metrics that demonstrate product value and ROI to external stakeholders.
- Lead product analytics by building reporting frameworks for engagement, adoption, and outcomes.
- Design intuitive, visually compelling data dashboards in collaboration with Data Engineering.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership to surface actionable data insights.
- Present complex findings to senior leadership and external executive sponsors with clarity and confidence.
- Define and track performance metrics for AI-driven product features.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a data analyst or product analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Metabase.
- Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build technically rigorous and visually clear dashboards.
- Experience translating business goals into data requirements and presenting to executive audiences.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience at a B2B SaaS or HR tech company.
- Familiarity with dbt or data modeling concepts.
- Experience building external-facing client analytics products.
- Background in financial wellness or healthcare.
- Experience analyzing AI-powered products.
