What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and ensure data availability for new product launches.
• Collaborate with data engineering to design behavior tracking and data models for product performance evaluation.
• Lead proactive analyses to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and surface strategic growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards to present actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Write production-quality SQL and Python to create new data assets.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled analytics to scale decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 6-8+ years of experience writing complex, production-quality SQL.
• Strong experience in advanced Python analytics, including data wrangling, time series forecasting, and causal impact modeling.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with DBT or ETL environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
