What you will do
- Provide analytic consultation and problem-solving for clinical leaders and project teams on healthcare initiatives.
- Develop queries for high-volume data from complex databases, clean and manipulate for reporting, dashboards, and statistical analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and recommend improvements to leaders.
- Design and develop datasets from multiple sources, ensuring validity and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Supply Chain, Revenue, and Finance for integrated analyses.
- Prepare presentations, visualizations, and reports to communicate strategic conclusions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Health Science, Epidemiology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field + 3-5 years of healthcare data analytics experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, statistical software (SAS, R, SPSS), and visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with relational databases.
- Strong communication, project management, and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of quality improvement, statistical modeling, and healthcare standards.
