What you will do

• Act as the primary data evangelist, partnering with high-value customers to accelerate product adoption and value realization.
• Lead the discovery phase for key clients to demonstrate data differentiation and its influence on data products.
• Consult on complex analytical queries, including patient longitudinal studies and provider segmentation.
• Develop analytical frameworks, interactive visualizations, and documentation to standardize customer data understanding.
• Synthesize technical challenges and market feedback to influence internal product development and strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance personal productivity and streamline content and visualization creation.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics or management consulting within the healthcare space (RWE/HEOR, Commercial Life Sciences, or Payer/Provider).
• Experience working with claims-based or similar healthcare datasets.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with an impact-oriented mindset.
• Ability to integrate AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Cursor) into daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Degree in statistics, math, economics, or other quantitative fields.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R to query and model longitudinal patient data.
• Experience interacting with or building AI agentic workflows.
