Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of brands across DTC, B2B, and SaaS.
- Develop cross-channel communication plans including email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
- Orchestrate the full customer journey from acquisition to retention to increase LTV.
- Manage complex ESP environments and automation infrastructure, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Define segmentation logic, list health practices, and optimize loyalty and subscription programs.
- Collaborate with creative and growth teams to translate strategy into high-performing assets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of lifecycle marketing experience at an agency or brand.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign management and automation.
- Proficiency with additional ESPs, with Klaviyo strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing push and in-app messaging strategies for app-first brands.
- Proven track record in managing subscription and loyalty program strategies.
- Must be based in the United States.
