CRM Strategist (CRM/Email Marketing): Supporting strategic planning and tactical execution of clients’ CRM and email marketing programs, translating strategy into detailed campaign plans and driving continuous performance improvement. Focus on building personalized email journeys, designing and analyzing A/B tests, and optimizing deliverability and data quality with an accent on platform fluency and AI-assisted campaign optimization.
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (Remote)
Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD (base salary range)

What you will be doing
- Plan and execute CRM and email programs across five institutions, including lead nurture, enrollment, and retention journeys.
- Create campaign briefs with audience segmentation logic and personalization specifications for Campaign Managers and Email Developers.
- Monitor performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and enrollment attribution) and produce actionable optimization recommendations.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times), document learnings, and feed them into future planning.
- Maintain CRM/email platform hygiene and data quality, coordinating with the Data Analyst/Engineer to resolve data issues.
- Contribute to QBR reporting with performance data, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations; support AI-driven personalization and content optimization.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, including managing campaigns in a multi-brand or multi-program environment.
- Proficiency with enterprise email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with campaign performance data, A/B testing methodology, and reporting.
- Experience with segmentation logic, audience lists, and personalization variables.
- Detail-oriented and technically precise understanding of HTML email specifications, deliverability requirements, and QA standards.
- Collaborative working style and comfort coordinating across multiple teams and locations.

- Experience in higher education enrollment marketing or healthcare marketing.
- Experience evaluating and applying AI-driven campaign insights with human editorial judgment.
