Location: Remote (U.S.)

Salary: $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 annually (base pay range for CA, CT, MD, MA, NJ, NY, Washington state, and Washington DC)

What you will do

  • Own full-funnel B2B lifecycle strategy from MQL to Closed-Won and retention, diagnosing conversion gaps and improving pipeline velocity.
  • Build segmented, multi-touch nurture and re-engagement programs aligned to buying stage, persona, and cohort.
  • Integrate B2B event marketing into lifecycle journeys, including pre-, at-, and post-event nurture and operational lead capture and follow-up.
  • Implement automated lifecycle journeys and personalization at scale in Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Drive performance and revenue accountability using pipeline metrics, attribution reporting, and lifecycle dashboards to create optimization roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B lifecycle, CRM, or demand generation experience in a revenue-driven organization.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B funnel mechanics, pipeline metrics, lifecycle stage definitions, and revenue attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proven results improving MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, or closed-won rates.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using tools such as GA, Databricks, and Salesforce reporting (or similar).
  • Experience building/troubleshooting HTML email templates and writing marketing copy.
