What you will do

• Set the strategy for enterprise IT services, end-user computing, and IT operations across US and Mexico.
• Drive ITSM process maturity across incident, problem, change, request, and asset management.
• Own the design and delivery of desktop, mobile, and endpoint experiences using Intune and JAMF.
• Lead IT service desk operations for a global workforce and expand the enterprise service catalog.
• Manage and develop a leadership team of Directors and Managers across multiple geographies.
• Oversee vendor relationships and operational budgets for hardware and software licensing.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in IT operations or IT services.
• 6+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary IT organizations including managers.
• Advanced knowledge of ITSM concepts and deep expertise in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in endpoint management platforms (Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE) and Microsoft 365.
• Experience leading distributed teams across international locations, preferably including Mexico.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundations Certification.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
