What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop platform developers and technical specialists, including workload distribution, resource planning, and performance management.
• Serve as technical lead across ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Workday—owning design, configuration, customization, integrations, and technical problem-solving.
• Ensure best practices, coding standards, and security/compliance requirements are met; drive architectural discussions and influence platform roadmaps.
• Partner with internal business stakeholders and manage MSPs/external vendors to deliver enhancements, projects, break/fix work, and escalations aligned to SLAs.
• Oversee day-to-day platform operations: availability, stability, performance, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements.
• Streamline workflows, automate processes, improve user experiences, and coordinate cross-platform integration and data flow end-to-end.

Requirements

• Location: Remote - US
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise platforms, including at least two of: ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, O365, Workday.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing developers, engineers, or platform specialists.
• Hands-on technical background designing, building, and supporting enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with MSPs and external vendors, including oversight of delivery quality and escalations.
