What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of four engineers focused on client platforms and enterprise applications.
• Set strategy and execute the roadmap for endpoint fleet management, including MDM infrastructure and OS lifecycle.
• Partner with Corporate Security to harden endpoint posture and respond to security incidents.
• Oversee the SaaS portfolio, ensuring efficient administration and senior-level technical judgment.
• Drive automation and efficiency by implementing scripting, API integrations, and workflow tooling.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business teams to deliver scalable IT solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
• Deep experience managing client endpoint infrastructure (macOS and Windows).
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, BigFix, or AirWatch.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash or PowerShell and familiarity with APIs.
• Experience with identity platforms like Okta and SaaS administration.
• Prior experience leading projects or small teams in a technical environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Workato.
