Sr Director, Strategy & Operations - HR Technology

Location: Hybrid environment near the Centers of Excellence in Stamford, CT or Irving, TX, United States

Salary: $136,000–$189,000 USD annually, plus bonus or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead strategy, intake, prioritization, roadmaps, and value realization for HR Technology initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of program managers delivering complex transformation initiatives.
• Build stakeholder partnerships, manage risks and issues, and align cross-functional delivery teams and IT partners.
• Manage HR Technology financials, including software costs, internal and external labor, vendor contracts, and renewals.
• Develop executive communications and establish data-driven operational excellence using Agile principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience delivering transformation initiatives; HR Technology experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and creating effective written and visual communications, including PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics, complex problem-solving, and technology-based solution delivery skills.
• Ability to lead stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Background in management or strategy consulting is preferred.
