TL;DR

Senior Director, Strategy & Operations (HR Technology): Leading complex HR technology initiatives and program management teams with an accent on Workday delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. Focus on driving data-driven operational excellence, managing cross-functional stakeholder partnerships, and executing transformative programs within a global matrixed environment.

Location: Must be based near Irving, TX or Stamford, CT Centers of Excellence (Hybrid environment).

Salary: $136,000 – $189,000

What you will do

  • Manage intake and prioritization for HR Technology roadmaps, with a heavy focus on Workday delivery.
  • Lead and develop a team of program managers to execute transformative initiatives.
  • Promote Agile best practices across delivery teams and IT partners.
  • Manage HR Technology financials, including vendor contracts and labor costs.
  • Develop strategic communications for executive leadership and large audiences.
  • Establish a culture of data-driven operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive business experience in transformation initiatives, preferably in HR Technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong background in Management or Strategy Consulting.
  • Proven ability to present complex solutions to senior executives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Must be able to work from Irving, TX or Stamford, CT offices as part of a hybrid model.
