What you will do

• Provide holistic Product Operations support for the onboarding experience across program management and launch readiness.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and CX to translate customer feedback into crisp requirements and shipped improvements.
• Identify and solve onboarding friction across login, provisioning, and first successful spend.
• Build scalable operating cadences to improve cross-team alignment and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools to automate internal processes and directly ship workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product operations, PM, consulting, or customer-facing analytical roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience using data to diagnose root causes and measure the impact of product fixes.
• Strong ability to translate qualitative feedback into prioritized action plans.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex environments across multiple departments.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis and workflow automation.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York or San Francisco.
