What you will do

• Lead deployment and configuration of compliance and blockchain analytics solutions for enterprise customers.
• Facilitate customer onboarding and enablement sessions to ensure effective tool integration.
• Deliver advisory services on crypto transaction monitoring, risk typologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage engagement timelines, project milestones, and SLAs while providing transparent progress updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handovers and product feedback loops.
• Contribute to the development of delivery methodologies, playbooks, and internal knowledge content.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York, United States.
• Operational experience or subject matter expertise in financial crime compliance, AML, or cryptoasset risk management.
• Hands-on experience implementing compliance software or related technology solutions.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable configurations for stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination skills with a focus on structure, accountability, and task management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced product company or scale-up environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with blockchain forensic tools, crypto exchanges, or travel rule solution providers.
• Exposure to system integration or API-based technologies in compliance workflows.
• Practical knowledge of FATF guidance, OFAC sanctions, or global VASP licensing regimes.
• Passion for crypto and blockchain technology.
