What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end product delivery lifecycle and release management operations for the product organization.
- Lead highly technical delivery in a senior leadership capacity, aligning scope and release planning with strategic business objectives.
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery using agile methodologies and company-defined delivery standards.
- Identify delivery risks and obstacles, and develop dependency and risk mitigation strategies.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure delivery effectiveness, quality, and overall success.
- Run product retrospectives and continuously improve established delivery standards.
Requirements
- Location: Work from Home in the United States
- Strong background in full lifecycle delivery for PaaS products and operations.
- Experience planning and delivering commercial software using agile processes across multiple public cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google, Azure).
- Practical understanding of technical product delivery management and agile development lifecycle for PaaS.
- Experience managing complex dependencies across teams involved in software releases.
- Proficiency using Atlassian tools such as Aha! and Jira to track software release progress.
