Delivery Director

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with work from home two days a week.

Annual salary: $178,283–$245,140, plus potential medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.

What you will do

• Manage project budgets, timelines, scope, resources, plans, deliverables, invoices, and status reporting.
• Build strong customer relationships across departments and coordinate with customer, vendor, partner, and o9 program teams.
• Monitor and mitigate risks involving scope, timelines, user acceptance, adoption, business value, quality, and compliance.
• Balance tactical and strategic objectives, manage escalations, and recommend trade-offs between scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop Statements of Work and customer proposals for incremental work while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct performance reviews, coach and mentor junior team members, and document lessons learned.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of experience managing supply chain transformation initiatives, client relationships, and relevant projects.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in supply chain, operations research, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail planning processes and customer-facing supply chain solutions for global brands.
• Experience deploying enterprise applications such as SAS, Oracle, SAP, or JDA.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
