What you will do

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including budget, timeline, scope, and proactive change communication.
• Create, execute, and revise project plans; define resource requirements and track deliverables to stakeholder sign-off.
• Handle day-to-day operational delivery activities (on-boarding, roll-off, compliance, security, and travel expense oversight).
• Document, monitor, and mitigate delivery risks across scope, timelines, user acceptance, user adoption, and business value.
• Manage customer relationships across departments and lead project escalations; support incremental work via Statements of Work and proposals.
• Drive project quality, conduct performance reviews, and mentor junior team members; capture lessons learned to improve institutional knowledge.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience managing supply chain transformation initiatives and client relationships; 12+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, operations research, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Knowledge of retail planning processes, especially customer-facing supply chain solutions for a global brand.
• Experience deploying enterprise applications (e.g., SAS, Oracle, SAP, JDA).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
