Salary: $118,150 - $159,850

What you will do
- Collaborate with Navy Tech Leads to establish technical roadmaps for mission outcomes.
- Align company product roadmaps with mission needs and provide feedback on required features to drive adoption.
- Facilitate feedback from the delivery segment to the product segment regarding OSS projects and productized services.
- Coordinate delivery roadmaps using product roadmaps and company best practices.
- Balance priorities from users, customers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable mission value.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and organizational values.
Requirements
- US Citizenship and active SECRET clearance are mandatory.
- Proficiency in translating operational pain points into root cause problems and technical roadmaps.
- Expertise in DevSecOps, Continuous Delivery, User-Centered Design, and Value Stream Architecture.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and managing expectations across different personas.
- Sufficient technical depth to understand architectural decisions and align stakeholders and teams.
- Proven experience and passion for software delivery within the tech industry or Department of Defense.
