What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of 3-5 concurrent enterprise system rollouts from discovery to BAU handoff.
• Conduct structured stakeholder discovery and translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable solution designs.
• Direct internal engineering resources and third-party implementation partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, contract scope, and performance accountability.
• Integrate new systems into the existing stack, including NetSuite, JumpCloud, Workday, and Foundry.
• Maintain weekly delivery reporting and contribute to building a repeatable systems integration playbook.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications end-to-end (ERP, treasury, project management, or HCM).
• Demonstrable experience integrating SaaS business systems into a wider stack.
• Strong synthesis skills with the ability to translate messy inputs into clear, defensible recommendations.
• Operator mindset with the ability to drive vendors and make decisive calls without waiting for permission.
• Confidence in holding technical partners and senior stakeholders accountable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Background in high-growth, M&A-active, or capital-intensive industries.
