Salary: $100,908 – $199,838

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and face of delivery teams to enterprise customers.
• Lead cross-functional pods including developers, business analysts, and solution architects.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes, managing sprint planning, prioritization, and backlog refinement.
• Translate complex business objectives into actionable technical plans and roadmaps.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and remove blockers to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Partner with solution architects to design scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
• Must be a US Citizen per contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong technical background in software engineering or systems architecture.
• Experience with public sector software implementations.
• Customer-facing experience with enterprise clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Background in consulting or implementation services.
• Experience with Department of War (DoW) software implementations.
