What you will do

• Write high-quality copy for email, paid social, digital display, web, and video scripts.
• Maintain deep brand fluency across five distinct healthcare education institutions, adhering to compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and the Associate Creative Director to integrate copy and design.
• Mentor and support junior copywriters within the Toronto team.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Pencil to enhance production speed and quality.
• Manage multiple concurrent briefs and deliver to agreed SLAs.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of digital writing (email, social, web) demonstrating craft and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to adapt tone and register across multiple brand voices.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or mission-driven categories.
• Experience in high-volume content production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Gen AI writing tools and prompting strategies.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
