What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and produce high-quality content including video concepts, blogs, product-focused materials, and social media posts.
  • Lead video strategy for YouTube and other platforms to increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Coach and develop content creators, providing actionable feedback and establishing creative standards.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy or digital marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT trends, specifically SaaS, EMM, or MDM technology.
  • Proven expertise in video content creation and YouTube channel management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing content teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms like ClickUp or Asana.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends.
