TL;DR
Content Specialist (Enterprise): Producing high-quality content assets and managing enterprise content workflows with an accent on B2B SaaS messaging and AI-assisted drafting. Location: Must be based in Toronto or able to work in the office at least twice per week.
Salary: $72,200 – $97,800 CAD

What you will do
- Produce first drafts for blog posts, social media, email copy, landing pages, and webinar abstracts.
- Manage the enterprise content calendar in Asana and Sprout Social to ensure projects stay on track.
- Write video scripts for social content and product explainers that capture the brand voice.
- Collaborate with the Content Strategist to develop research, outlines, and campaign assets.
- Support integrated campaign execution across web, email, and paid channels.
- Gather insights from Sales and Customer Success teams to inform content strategy and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal technology.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clean, on-brand drafts quickly.
- Hands-on experience with content management tools like Asana and Sprout Social.
- Proficiency with AI writing and research tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
- Must be able to work in the Toronto office at least twice per week.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and data.
Nice to have
- Experience in a legal environment or Big Law firm.
- Strong understanding of SEO and buyer journey best practices.
