Salary: $84,000 – $115,000 (plus annual bonus and equity).

What you will do

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with product launches and business priorities.
• Create and edit diverse content formats including articles, white papers, case studies, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex financial topics into clear narratives.
• Optimize content for SEO and AI-assisted search to improve visibility and performance.
• Manage end-to-end content projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams including product marketing, PR, and design.
• Align content deliverables with demand generation goals across the B2B marketing funnel.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Canada and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in-office).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles within B2B and financial services.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical or financial topics into engaging content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in matrixed team environments.

• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or enterprise financial services.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, content management systems, and SEO tools.
