• Translate business goals into cohesive omnichannel campaigns across SMS, email, and app notifications.
• Implement a modular content strategy to create reusable components for seamless deployment.
• Manage and orchestrate member journeys within the customer engagement platform.
• Leverage generative AI tools to scale content production, targeting, and personalization.
• Design workflows to improve operational quality and support frontline team efficiency.
• Monitor engagement metrics and use data to optimize messaging strategies and journey logic.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in content operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital content strategy.
• Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms and enterprise CMS tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build modular content frameworks and complex automated workflows.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI for content scaling and personalization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions based on performance data.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
