What you will do
- Translate business goals into cohesive omnichannel campaigns across SMS, email, and app notifications.
- Implement a modular content strategy to create reusable components for seamless deployment.
- Manage and orchestrate member journeys within the customer engagement platform.
- Leverage generative AI tools to scale content production, targeting, and personalization.
- Design workflows to improve operational quality and support frontline team efficiency.
- Monitor engagement metrics and use data to optimize messaging strategies and journey logic.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in content operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital content strategy.
- Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms and enterprise CMS tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build modular content frameworks and complex automated workflows.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI for content scaling and personalization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions based on performance data.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying.
