Location: Must be based in Canada. The role is currently based in Toronto (483 Bay Street) with a transition to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway) in late 2026. Flexible hybrid schedule offered.
Salary: $109,000–$121,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead the capital markets digital thought leadership program and create social-first content.
- Manage the capital markets newsletter program, including content calendars and production timelines.
- Translate complex market developments into clear, engaging digital stories.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Asset Management, and Compliance teams to support strategic goals.
- Contribute to digital initiatives including webcasts and podcasts.
- Ensure all published content meets KPIs and maintains brand authority.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Journalism, or Communications.
- 5+ years of experience creating digital-first content for financial markets and investing.
- Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn strategy, analytics, and newsletter formats.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, economic trends, and corporate earnings.
- Experience collaborating with editorial and compliance partners in regulated environments.
