Location: Remote-first (Canada/US preferred), with optional in-person collaboration in Vancouver

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 CAD + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models across business lines to support budgeting and long-range planning.
• Track and analyze performance trends and key variances across lending, payments, and wealth segments.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear, structured insights for the CFO and senior leadership.
• Update key assumptions and business drivers to assist with scenario analysis and capital allocation decisions.
• Automate and streamline workflows by leveraging AI and modern analytical tools.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, math, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets (SQL, Python, or similar).
• Must be based in Canada or the US (preferred).
• Internship experience in finance, consulting, or banking is preferred.
• Proven track record of high performance and a self-driven approach to learning.

• Strong interest in data systems and AI tools.
• Experience with independent side projects, modeling competitions, or financial research.
