Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Support detailed revenue reporting and analyze performance across three lines of business, monitoring KPIs like ARR, churn, and take rate.
• Partner with functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial materials for board reporting and executive reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage day-to-day planning and reporting workflows using Abacum and partner with the Data team for data structuring.
• Contribute to AI and data initiatives to automate manual processes and generate actionable financial insights.
• Execute ad hoc financial analysis and support senior leadership on strategic projects and investor requests.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech.
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis using complex Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to communicate analysis clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• High ownership mentality and a strict bar for accuracy and detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A tools such as Abacum, Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or SQL.
• Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and automation in the finance function.
