What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt corporate and business roles.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to calibrate needs and provide regular updates.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the employer brand and attract diverse talent.
• Represent the company at local career fairs and college campuses.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume sales.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong skills in AI tools, Boolean search, and social media sourcing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
