What you will do
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for both high-volume manufacturing roles and specialized corporate positions.
- Proactively source candidates through outbound channels, trade schools, and university programs.
- Partner with functional leaders to define role requirements and refine selection criteria.
- Manage candidate pipelines with high operational rigor and maintain accurate ATS data.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical fit, coachability, and cultural alignment.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to support organizational scale and retention.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with exposure to both manufacturing and corporate hiring.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR-compliant authorization.
- Proven experience managing high-volume hiring for hourly technicians alongside professional roles.
- Strong sourcing capability with a focus on outbound channels.
- Ability to context-switch between operational hiring and relationship-driven searches.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to set expectations and influence hiring managers.
