What you will do

  • Research and identify potential clients matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Execute outbound campaigns via cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Manage and maintain accurate prospect data and pipelines within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and perform A/B testing on campaigns.
  • Track and report on outreach performance, conversion metrics, and weekly activity.
  • Book a minimum of 2 qualified meetings per week.

Requirements

  • Female candidate.
  • Native English speaker (C2).
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating meetings through prospecting.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.io.
  • Must be based in Mexico or the LATAM region.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or software development.
  • Experience engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with modern outbound sales frameworks and prospecting methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
