What you will do
- Research and identify potential clients matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Execute outbound campaigns via cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage and maintain accurate prospect data and pipelines within the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and perform A/B testing on campaigns.
- Track and report on outreach performance, conversion metrics, and weekly activity.
- Book a minimum of 2 qualified meetings per week.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Native English speaker (C2).
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
- Proven track record of successfully generating meetings through prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.io.
- Must be based in Mexico or the LATAM region.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or software development.
- Experience engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with modern outbound sales frameworks and prospecting methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
