TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for government infrastructure software with an accent on outbound lead generation and prospect engagement. Focus on sourcing high-quality leads, managing outbound campaigns, and converting prospects into discovery meetings.

Location: Remote (Must live in Texas)

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential customers via outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Develop and execute call and email campaigns in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule introductory discovery calls for Account Managers.
  • Represent the company at sponsorship events, golf tournaments, and charitable activities.
  • Document all outreach and lead notes accurately within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS BDR or SDR role is strongly preferred.
  • Must be based in Texas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel with a personal vehicle.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and professional outreach tools.
