What you will do
- Identify and research potential customers via outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Develop and execute call and email campaigns in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Qualify prospects and schedule introductory discovery calls for Account Managers.
- Represent the company at sponsorship events, golf tournaments, and charitable activities.
- Document all outreach and lead notes accurately within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS BDR or SDR role is strongly preferred.
- Must be based in Texas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel with a personal vehicle.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and professional outreach tools.
