TL;DR

Account Executive (Legal AI): Driving growth within the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling the hirify.global product ecosystem with an accent on strategic advisory and value maximization. Focus on managing complex deal cycles, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and leveraging AI tools to enhance sales efficiency.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Toronto (or other office locations like Vancouver, Calgary, Dublin, Sydney) with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Salary: $61,400 – $92,200 CAD + uncapped commissions

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of the full hirify.global solution suite, including the AI offering hirify.global Duo.
  • Convert qualified opportunities via telephone, email, and tailored product demonstrations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce to prioritize leads and organize appointments.
  • Collaborate with Support, Account Managers, and Sales Engineers to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Handle forecasting, complex negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Prospect and develop business cases within existing customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Experience managing complex deal cycles with high-leverage customers.
  • Proficiency in running product demonstrations and cold calling.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to a hirify.global office (e.g., Toronto) for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator.
  • Keen interest in utilizing AI to improve sales processes.
